Spook Hill Farms, LLC is a family farm, owned by Jeremy, Casey & Susan Frederici. We are located in the small town of Newark Valley, New York, about thirty minutes from both Ithaca and Binghamton and just ten minutes from Richford and Owego. Our location is very convenient for NV residents, since we are just minutes from town.
Our farm supplies a variety of food products to consumers and we continue to explore different products to find our niche. Utilizing just over 100 acres, we are able to practice sustainable farming with an emphasis on respect for animals and land. Our cows, pigs and chickens feed on fresh pasture during grazing season. We produce our own hay without the use of chemical herbicides, pesticides, or fertilizers. Only quality grain is given to our animals, excluding our grass-fed beef cattle, which only receive pasture and hay, supplemented with organic minerals.
